Foods To Avoid

Last week I wrote about some food products that I’ve found that have been helpful for me. This week I thought I’d share an article about some foods that you may have heard described as “healthy,” but they really aren’t. Here are just a few foods from the list:

– fruit juice
– soy
– tilapia
– table salt
– canola oil

    Very amusing! Don’t know about the “no sugar” holiday tho’. Aren’t holidays supposed to be replete with sugar? 🙂
